What materials do you use? I Use Moretti, Vetrofon, Czech, Bullseye, and Northstar glass to make all my lampwork beads and sculptures. I complement my lampwork beads with only the finest components such as Bali silver, Czech faceted glass beads and Swarovski crystals. I incorporate freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, and Sterling silver wire in many of my designs. Bracelets may be strung on high quality jewelers wire; 49 strands of stainless steel coated in nylon, and the watch heads I have chosen to use are the Geneva brand.
What are your methods of payment? I accept Paypal. It is a convenient safe way to pay using your Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express credit cards. You may also send cash with Paypal. I do not accept personal checks.
What is your shipping policy? Your beads/jewelry will ship to you within 72 hours of your completed purchase. (except Holidays and weekends) Your items are sent in a well padded box to ensure against breakage. I send most items USPS priority mail. I will not send lampwork beads First class. I will send custom orders via DHL. I reserve the right to choose how to ship items. I am not responsible for lost nor damaged packages. I highly recommend insurance to cover breakage. How do I care for my jewelry? Store your jewelry in a cool dry place. Keeping it in a Ziploc bag will prevent scratches and tarnish. Do not use tarnish-removing dips nor creams. These products can remove the oxidation that gives silver beads their antique look. Polish your silver with a silver polishing cloth. Do not wear your jewelry while doing dishes, swimming, or cleaning with chemicals. Do not let your jewelry come into contact with chlorine bleach.
