Our Huskies
More Husky pics. We had a great afternoon outside with the dogs. They can be quite the comical pair.
I took all my beads and jewelry outside to take pictures. I also took out 2 office chairs, one for myself, and one for my daughter. We piled the beads on top of a yard hose reeler thingie and had 2 lawn chairs to hold all the important stuff like tape, jewelry tools, display items and a photo cube. (which is not worth the price of money, but it made a great conversational piece.) I'm sure if you drove by our house yesterday, it would have been a comical site. We had lots of people slow down and stare as they drove by.
So here is Bandit chasing and barking at my daughter. She got up out of the chair and it started rolling down the driveway. Bandit didn't like it, chased it, etc. We laughed till we cried.
Bandit and Ellis have started their own excavating services and are doing quite well. They've managed to find concrete. (this is my front sidewalk!)
Bandit displays her handiwork.
Bandit and Ellis with my youngest daughter. No, they aren't spoiled. LOL
In order to appease my hubby, I asked the girls to get a shovel, dig some dirt from my flower bed in the back and try to fill in the hole. (My hubby is not happy with the excavation service and although services have been rendered, he has not paid them. I'm assuming that they will continue their work until they are treated to pig ears and various human foods.)
OK, so the girls can't find a bucket and used an old planter bucket from a rose bush. Can't imagine why I haven't thrown that out yet. Anyway, they dump in the dirt, and Bandit grabbed it. She acted as if it was a soccer ball. She had her head in it, throwing it up in the air, chasing it on the ground, etc. We were laughing so hard, we admitted to tears in our eyes. She wouldn't give the bucket back, either.
Guarding the bucket. Muddy paws, muddy face. Look mom, come here and I'll give ya a kiss.
I said, I'm the boss. LOL If you don't know about Sibes, this picture could really look menacing. But let me reassure you, this is Sibe play. They are not viscous. They play rough and growl and bark at each other, try to get the other one's head into their mouths, etc. This is typical Sibe play. When we first saw it, we were kind of shocked. Now, it's nothing. They rough and tumble with each other. Then they look like this:
